How did Creative Dave come about? Can I really do it all?
I have always explored different ways of expressing myself creatively. In high school I created a magazine for my friends and made videos with PowerPoint. From there I delved into photography and videography. After leaving school I studied graphic design and decided this was a potential career path for me. I started my career in the Advertising Industry, where I was not only able to hone my design skills, but also my creative thinking.

It was when I left the prominent Perth ad agency, Meerkats, that I was given a custom designed farewell card that cemented in my mind, my reputation of being a skilled all-rounder.
The above card says more about me than I could possibly say about myself. This and the other notes below should give you a good idea of what other people say about working with me. This is better than me telling you how wonderful I am.
I love design, filmmaking and just being creative in general.
When not behind a computer or camera, you'll find me hiking, mountain biking, or hanging out with my wife and kids.
